 Dxtra has worked with many of the large mining houses to help them generate a step change in performance of both individual sites and whole Business Units. Projects generally last at least 9 months, as we help deliver the business model design and then support implementation. Implementation is generally just as complex as the design work, and so clients request our support through this process.

 

For some clients the relationship is intense, with a full-time team operating on site for months at a time. For other clients, their problems only require intermittent support, one week a month for a year, to deliver the expected performance increase. Projects always start by understanding the complexity of the problem and the broader business before determining a number of alternate paths that are viable for management. We always work on the basis that you know you're business better than we do. It is just that sometimes you need outside help to get the rate of improvement you know you need.
